Request Technical Service

Step 1 -    To enable us ­to help you with the technical service you must provide the items listed:

          1.1   Photocopy of any government issued, valid photo I.D.
          1.2   Proof of purchase (i.e.Official Receipt showing owner’s name) or 
                  affidavit  of  ownership –  notarized*

          1.3   Fill-up the Technical Service Form - Download TSR form_1.png
          1.4   Prepare payment for service.  If the product is under warranty
                  and ZMC, in its sole opinion, has determined that the problem is a
                  manufacturer warranty issue, inspection fee and repair costs will be waived. 

Step 2 -   Send all completed forms to us via one of the following methods:
